JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 Parties are in agreement that the claim of the petitioner for arrears of wages has to be considered as per admissibility of the same having regard to nature and period of work performed by the petitioner. Representation of the petitoner dated 6.2.2016 is pending consideration before respondent No. 4.

Interest of justice would be met if respondent No. 4 disposes of the representation by a reasoned and speaking order and makes payment of dues found admissible to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
