1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction especially in the nature of certiorari, quashing the memo no. 1247 dated 14.06.2023 issued under the signature of Superintendent of Police, Begusarai whereby and where under the present petitioner has been suspended from his service as he was posted 3/5 Chaukidar under the Bakhir P.S., District - Begusarai.

(ii) For issuance of any appropriate writ of writs, rule or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to vacate the suspension of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3805 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 petitioner and pay the entire due suspension allowance which is due since the date of his suspension from his service i.e. 143.06.2023 to till the date."

At the outset, the learned counsels for the parties submit that the present writ petition can be disposed off with a direction to the respondents, including the disciplinary authority to conclude the departmental proceeding, which may be under contemplation, within a period of three months from today, failing which the order of suspension dated 14.06.2023 shall stand revoked automatically. It is directed accordingly.

3. It is needless to state that the respondents shall be obliged to pay the subsistence allowance to the petitioner, forthwith.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
