ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 30-06-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of this case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. The only prayer sought for in the present writ petition is that this Court may give a direction to the Appellate Authority i.e. the Respondent No. 3 herein to dispose of the appeal pending before the said authority as expeditiously as possible.

2. Having regard to the same, the Respondent No. 3 is directed to dispose of the appeal pending before the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.3784 of 2025(2) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 authority as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to observe that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.
