The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhnaur (R.S.O.P.) PS case no. 232 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(a)/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having kidnapped the victim girl.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein it has been stated that accused persons have got no role to pay and no untoward incident has been committed by the petitioner herein. It is further submitted that the victim girl has stated in her statement that she was

Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 06.12.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Lakhnour (R.S.O.P.) PS case no. 232 of 2018.
