2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8, 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 08.12.2023, while the informant was grazing her goat near the railway line, this petitioner came there and caught hold of her and tried to outrage the modesty of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity with the father of the informant. Present case is counter blast of Ramnagar P. S. Case No. 597/2023 which was lodged by the father of the petitioner against the family member of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15652 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 informant and in order to save skin from the aforesaid case, this false and concocted case has been lodged against the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII cum Special Judge (POCSO), West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Ramnagar P. S. Case No. 573 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
