In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 321 of 2015 registered for offence under Section 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 6380 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 29.02.2016, rejected the same. The petitioner has remained in judicial custody since 31.08.2015.

Looking to the period of custody as also the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely,

No.26529 of 2017 (2) dt.21-06-2017 Rajesh Kumar @ Jhunu Shrivastava @ Jhunjhun Shrivastava be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 13th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 303 of 2016 arising out of Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S.
