Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of liquor is alleged from a truck. The driver and khalasi of the vehicle fled away. During investigation it was suspected that petitioner is owner of the liquor for the reason that he has got criminal antecedent of identical nature. Petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2018. Investigation of the case is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Case No. 523 of 2018 arising out of A.P.M. P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
