Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 353, 435, 427, 354, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was identified among the mob which was demanding compensation for the death arising out of road accident.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mansi Police Station Case No. 183 of 2017, subject to the
