The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 1112 of 2018 arising out of P.R. Case No. 6 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 13.14 liters of illicit liquor from the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 28.12.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.12865 of 2019(2) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Vth cum Special Judge, (Excise Act), Darbhanga in connection with G.O. Case No. 1112 of 2018 arising out of P.R. Case No. 6 of 2018.
