This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 400, 401, 413, 414, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to first information report, co-accused, Deepak Kumar was arrested along with a stolen motorcycle. He disclosed the name of the co-culprits, including the petitioners. During investigation, it revealed that petitioner Md. Imamul and petitioner Md. Rasoon @ Gulam Rasool had purchased a stolen motorcycle from petitioner Sonu Kumar @ Anin Raj @ Amin Raj @ Anil Raj.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22061 of 2017 (4) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 Petitioner, Sonu Kumar @ Anin Raj @ Amin Raj @ Anil Raj, has got similar type of antecedent. He is in custody since 05.02.2017.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let petitioner, Sonu Kumar @ Anin Raj @ Amin Raj @ Anil Raj, be released after completion of six months of custody on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, or successor Court.
Both the bailors shall be local residents of the territorial jurisdiction of the Court below.
Other petitioners, Md. Imamul and Md. Rasool @ Ghulam Rasool, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, or successor Court. Both the bailors shall be local residents of the territorial jurisdiction of the Court below.
