The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No.124 of 2017, a case under Sections 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, offence under Sections 302/364 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

In the F.I.R. though 15 persons are suspected to have committed the offence of abduction and subsequent murder for old enmity. However, the same does not find name of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation. Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

No.9426 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 P2/ like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
