2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the C.B.S.E. prays that the petitioner may be directed to follow the procedures laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case Jigya Yadav Vs. Central Board of Secondary Education and others reported in (2021) 7 SCC 535.
3. In that view of the matter, this writ application is
Patna High Court CWJC No.4183 of 2024(2) dt.25-06-2024 2/2 disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to follow the procedure laid down in the case of Jigya Yadav (supra) for redressal of her grievance.
