Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. The instant case has been filed by the informant to save skin from the case filed earlier by the petitioner no. 5 against the family

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13469 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 members of informant. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is land dispute and section 144 Cr.p.c proceeding is pending against the parties. Parties are agnate. Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa Nalanda in Parwalpur Police Station Case No. 297/2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
