JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2013 registered under sections 420, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that 17 persons including the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12970 of 2015 (2) dt.01-06-2015 petitioners submitted fake and forged certificates of passing B. Tech. examination for selection on the post of Panchayat teacher. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not been appointed on the basis of the alleged forged certificate and similarly situated co-accused, namely, Priyanka Kumari, Rina Kumari, Lalita Devi and Bebee Kumari have been granted anticipatory bail by other Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.06.2014 and 20.02.2015 vide Criminal Misc. Nos. 17059 of 2014 and 36803 of 2014 respectively. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2013, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
