The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No.203 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 372, 373, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 33, 36 and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Huge quantity of spirit has been recovered from the truck and the petitioner has been found to be involved in illegal transportation of spirit.

It has been alleged that the petitioner is a member of the syndicate and he along with his son is also involved in the crime.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13475 of 2022(2) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
