This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 06.11.2012 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Karagahar P.S. Case No. 184 of 2010 registered under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that this Court cannot hold a mini trial and examine the materials which have been found against the petitioner by the learned Magistrate while taking cognizance and also considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the Case of State of Bihar Vs.
