Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 375 of 2014 registered under Sections-341, 323, 504, 307, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the informant with fist and slaps and also pressed his neck with intent to commit his murder but it is not specific as to who pressed the neck of the informant. Moreover, the impugned order of learned Sessions Judge does not reflect to this fact as to whether the informant sustained any injury or not.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7524 of 2015 (2) dt.27-02-2015 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that the parties have already entered into compromise. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, the petitioners named-above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) be with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 375 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Dipak Kumar-III, J.M. Ist Class, Bikramganj, District-Rohtas subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
