JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-307, 319, 420, 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the matter is totally of civil nature. The instant case has been filed to pressurize the petitioner to execute the sale deed of the disputed land.

From the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with
