Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has surfaced during curse of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is a female. The co-accused has simply stated that the petitioner had conspired the commission of offence.

Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
