The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No.193 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 302, 147, 148, 149 of the IPC.

In the instant bail application filed by the petitioner, at para-3, it is stated that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and later on a supplementary affidavit has been filed stating therein that petitioner has two criminal antecedent.

From the aforesaid facts, it transpires that petitioner has tried to suppress his criminal antecedent from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23138 of 2021(3) dt.26-10-2021 2/2 Court, as such, without going into the merits of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Accordingly the bail application stands dismissed. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
