The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 06.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4460 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. 3.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender for the petitioners is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.215 of 2018, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jamui, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two

The order dated 06.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4460 of 2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above. 5.
