The present writ has been filed for For issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondents to reinstate service of the petitioner on the post of Block Teacher in the light of the order dated 16.10.2019 passed in CWJC No. 20703 of 2019 by which similarly situated persons (Punam Singh Chauhan and Mahesh Kumar Mehta) have been reinstated
Patna High Court CWJC No.3926 of 2024(3) dt.29-10-2024 2/3 on the post of Block Teacher in the month of December, 2023, who were earlier terminated from the services by common order contained in Memo no. 6363 dated 29.09.2012 (Annexure- 3) . Thereafter, the Block Development Officer vide memo no. 1412 dated 19.10.2012 (Annexure-4) issued order of terminating the service of the petitioner including the aforesaid persons (Punam Singh Chauhan and Mahesh Kumar Mehta) .
3 . The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is against the arbitrary decision of termination on the ground that the degree of BTC from Sewa Bharti Adhayapan Mandir, Sewapuri, Varanasi is not recognized degree .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order as contained in Annexure - 4 dated 19.10.12 is now not sustainable in view of the clarification issued on 22nd January, 2019.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Number seven to verify the claim of the petitioner in view of Annexure - eleven and if it is found that the degree is recognized by N C T E , the respondents may take appropriate
Patna High Court CWJC No.3926 of 2024(3) dt.29-10-2024 3/3 decision in the light of Annexure-11 or any other clarification which they have issued in connection with the degree of BTC from Sewa Bharti Adhayapan Mandir, Sewapuri, Varanasi. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid facts, the writ petition stands disposed of.
