JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation, 16.800 liters of Nepali wine have been recovered from the possession of the accused persons including the petitioner. Petitioner claims his antecedent to be clean and he is custody since 13.03.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31951 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2 / 2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with C-2/179/17. Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
