KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection Wazirganj P. S. Case No. 366 of 2017 with registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 364 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner is that he along with other accused persons brutally assaulted informant as a result of which he got both his hands fractured. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to previous Panchayat Election dispute he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation made against all the accused. Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.8.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7428 of 2018(3) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, same is rejected. However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completion of eight months in custody.
