Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is no eye-witness of the occurrence of murder of the son of the informant. In the subsequent statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the informant suspected the petitioner for the reason that the informant had taken loan from the petitioner and the petitioner was demanding more interest. Considering the fact that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
