2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 352 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 366(A) of the IPC and later on added 376 of the IPC and Section 4, 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have taken the minor victim and he further alleged to have established sexual relationship with the minor victim after threatening her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He is

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail in the trial court after the deposition of the victim is recorded.
