This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 452, 379, 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of nonperformance of the agreement to sale of property and, as such, of cheating of the consideration money.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2016. She is a female and the dispute appears to be of civil nature only. Finding substance in the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chowk P.S.
