JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2021 Let the defects, if any, be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the Physical Court. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 67 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 341,354B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 416 of the POCSO Act.

As per prosecution case itself, during way to tailor shop, two minor girls accompanied to the petitioner and petitioner took her into a room and tried to established physical relation with both the minor girls.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22710 of 2021(4) dt.02-12-2021 2/2 basis of case diary, statement of victims recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C mentioned at para 34 and 35 has supported the prosecution version.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner in connection with K.Nagar.P.S.Case No. 313 of 2020, pending in the court of Additional Sessions JudgeVI, Purnea stands rejected. The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner as early as possible.
