2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2024 and has clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the statement of the victim girl recorded

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13420 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it appears to be a case of elopement.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 8 of 2024.
