Case No. 344 of 2019 dated 28.10.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act in which he is in custody since 21.01.2020.

The complicity of the petitioner in this case has been garnered from the confession of co-accused Raj Kishore Sharma who was found to be in possession of a firearm. Aforesaid Raj Kishore Sharma is on bail. So far as the antecedents of the petitioner is concerned, it has been stated in paragraph-3 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13311 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 petition that he has been made accused in such cases because of the connivance of local police with the local Mukhiya against whom the sister of the petitioner had earlier filed a case.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 344 of 2019. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
