The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No.25 of 2014 registered for the offences under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner being the Statistics Officer has been alleged to have defalcated an amount of Rs.16,90,421.27/- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is willing and ready to pay 30 per cent of the alleged amount within a period of six months.

Considering the aforementioned facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13431 of 2015 (5) dt.14-09-2015 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S.Case No.25 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
