2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 394 of I.P.C.

3. As per prosecution case, when the informant was going to Anantpur Bank from Teljhari, on his way, some persons came on a car having covered their face and two persons started assaulting the informant with stick. When informant's collegue came to rescue him, two other persons came out of the car and one of them put the gun on informant's head and snatched informant's mobile, key of bike and Rs.17,750 cash etc. After that, they fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.13996 of 2025(2) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 FIR was registered against the unknown persons and subsequently, the name of the petitioner cropped up while he was remanded in Gidhaur P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024 and thereafter the recovery of one mobile phone has been shown against the petitioner. Barring this, there is no evidence to connect the petitioner with the aforesaid case. Till date, the police has not done any TIP. It is fairly submitted that the petitioner has three criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.11.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S.
