This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody in connection with Sakra PS Case No. 448 of 2017 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that name of the petitioners surfaced on the confessional statement of one co-accused Ramu Sahni. He further submits that petitioners are in custody since 17.07.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner have remained in custody for more than seven months, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail
