====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted the informant with sharp cutting weapon causing injury to him and threatened to kill him. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Specific accusation of assaulting the informant is against coaccused, namely, Farid Miyan, who has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15288 of 2023(2) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 29.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13316 of 2023. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Nowkothi P. S. Case No. 144 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
