The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 50 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the motorcycle and the arrested persons disclosed that they were bringing the alleged illicit liquor for the petitioners. No.22809 of 2018(2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 case, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Patna in connection with Spl. Case No. 952 of 2018 arising out Bihta P.S. Case No. 117/18 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
