====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 10-03-2016 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Jitendra Prasad Singh, for the petitioner.

By the impugned order dated 16.11.2014, the learned Sub Judge Ist, Sasaram has rejected the application filed by the petitioner to call for the record of the criminal proceeding under Section 144 Cr.P.C.

It appears that the plaintiff petitioner filed the suit for declaration of title and for setting aside the sale deed in favour of the defendant. So far 144 Cr.P.C. proceeding is concerned, it has got no relevancy in the suit and, therefore, the Court below has rightly rejected the same and I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order.

Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
