2. The petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2017 in connection with Purushottampur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the background of Purushottampur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017 which has been instituted in connection with the alleged kidnapping of his neighbour's son and in which the petitioner has been allowed bail. It is submitted that the present case has been instituted by the police who is in collusion with the informant of the aforesaid Purushottampur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017 in order grab the petitioner's residential land.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
