Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354(B) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he attempted to outrage the modesty of the wife of younger brother of the informant and also committed assault against the informant and others.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2017. He has got no criminal antecedent and false implication is there due to dispute between the two neighbours.

Considering the nature of allegation and the

No.24148 of 2017 (3) dt.28-06-2017 2/2 period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani/successor Court in connection with Basopatti Police Station Case No. 128 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
