JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-05-2019 The writ petition has been filed being aggrieved by cancellation of petitioner's selection as Anganwari Sevika by order of the District Programme Officer dated 31.3.2012. The petitioner has also availed of the remedy of appeal before the District Magistrate as well as before the Director, ICDS. The brief background is that on 22.2.2012 the center where the petitioner was a Sevika was inspected. Four regularities were detected. The same included non preparation of take home ration within time and short distribution of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7360 of 2015(3) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 same between the beneficiaries. Some other irregularities were also noticed. The petitioner has tried to explain the circumstances under which these irregularities has occurred. In essence, the irregularities are admitted but efforts made to justify the same by raising a plea of circumstances under which the irregularities occurred.

The issue has been examined by the authorities at three levels as taken note of hereinabove. Findings of the three authorities are concurrent after considering petitioner's explanation. The orders are therefore in accordance with the procedure and require no interference in the instant proceeding. The writ petition is dismissed.
