The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation, 13 black polythene containing 700 ml. and 18 white polythene each containing 350 ml. country made liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims his antecedent to be clean and he is custody since 19.05.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with

No.31933 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2 / 2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge -II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No.115/17 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of case then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
