Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498 (A)/34, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation of commission of torture and harassment for dowry.
Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and the petitioner no.2 is the mother-in-law of opposite party No.2. They are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the couple. Specific accusation is against husband. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

No.17328 of 2023(3) dt.03-07-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Bojpur at Ara in connection with Complaint Case No. 1861c/2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
