Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submits that petitioner has filed review petition in reference to Memo No. P.8-01/2019-68-Estt.- 2 dated 10.11.2019 issued from the office of Commandant-68 Battalion, C.R.P.F., Vineer Miles Private Limited, Mankholi, Tinsukia, Assam (Annexure-P6 to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7573 of 2021(2) dt.25-03-2021 2/2 petition) which is still pending.

Without going into the merits of the contention of the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate steps for disposal of review petition by a reasoned order at the earliest, preferably within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
