The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 328/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of dowry death. The petitioner is father-in-law. He is in custody since 10.09.2017. The husband is already in custody. The investigation is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate in the trial.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
