2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "I. To direct the respondents to make re-measurement of the Height of the petitioner as the petitioner has been disqualified in Height during physical test for appointment of Police Constable in pursuance to the Advertisement No. 02 of 2019.

II. Also to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for her appointment to the post of Constable in pursuance to Advertisement No. 02 of 2019.

III. Also for any other relief/reliefs

Patna High Court CWJC No.7876 of 2021 dt.06-12-2021 2/2 for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law."

3. Pursuant to earlier order of this Court dated 29.11.2021, learned counsel for the Board verified whether is there any appeal or not? Thereafter, it is fairly submitted that there is no appeal.

4. In the light of these facts and circumstances, concerned respondent is hereby directed to subject the petitioner for physical test like height for the purpose of Police Constable pursuant to the Advertisement No. 02 of 2019 afresh within a period of two weeks. The concerned authority is hereby directed to issue a notice of date of appearance for test in advance. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
