The petitioners seek bail in Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 39/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. 24 Litres of country-made liquor was recovered from the possession of Rahul Kumar petitioner no. 2 and 16 litres of country-made liquor was recovered from Rohit Kumar petitioner no. 1, for that the petitioners are in jail since 08.04.2017. The petitioners have remained in jail for two and half months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
