We find whether the registration office should be at Jagdishpur or at Ara Sadar Sub-Division is an administrative decision and not amenable for judicial review. We do not find that there is any statute, rules or

Patna High Court CWJC No.5782 of 2015 dt.02-12-2016 2/2 regulations which prohibit opening of registration office at Jagdishpur Sub-Division.
