Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Victim Sudha Devi was third wife of the father of this petitioner. Two wives were already dead. Petitioner is son of the first wife. Allegation is that soon after marriage of this petitioner, a family quarrel started and suspicion is that all the family members committed murder of Sudha Devi. Considering the fact that only material is suspicion and there is no motive alleged for commission of murder of Sudha Devi, hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13557 of 2018 (2) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sikty Police Station Case No. 265 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
