Vide order dated 11.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7970 of 2021 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners by this Court and directing them to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but they failed to furnish the bail bond within time due to outside the State for their livelihood.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 11.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7970 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall surrender before the court below and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35871 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 218 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned CJM, Purnia and remaining parts of the said order shall remain intact. Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed.
