The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S.Case no.104 of 2018 dated 8.7.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they facilitated in kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant in order to getting her married with one Jyotish Mahato. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, petitioner nos. 1 to 3 are the female members and no

A petition has also been filed by the informant in the court of ACJM, Gopalganj saying that a compromise has been reached between the parties. It is further submitted that he has stated that on oath that the girl has married with Jyotish Mahato. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM XI, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S.Case no.104 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that they will co-operate to the police in tracing out the girl otherwise their bail bond shall be cancelled.
