The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
It is contended that as per allegation, 6 bottles of foreign liquor each containing 760 ml were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 18.06.2017. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the

Case No. 40/2017 (G.R. No. 1691 of 2017) with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
